Terms of Service
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the service use conditions and other necessary matters when using the site operated by the Busan Job Support Group Social Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperative”).
Article 2 Effect and change of Terms of Use
1. The contents of these Terms and Conditions take effect when they are announced to users.
2. The union may change the terms and conditions when there are important operational reasons, and the changed terms and conditions will also become effective upon announcement.
Article 3 Terms and Conditions and Other Rules
1. If matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are stipulated in relevant laws and regulations, such provisions shall apply.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement and Information Service Provision
Article 4 Membership registration
1. The use contract is established by the company’s approval of the user’s application for use and the user’s agreement to the terms and conditions.
2. Anyone wishing to register as a member and receive services must provide personal information requested by the operator.
3. The operator will not accept any application for a service agreement that falls under any of the following items.
① When applying using another person’s personal information
② When the details of membership registration were falsely entered or applied for.
③ When an application is made for the purpose of disrupting the order of information services
4. If there is a change in the basic information, the member must directly edit the personal information using the information modification box or notify the company of the change by e-mail or other means.
Article 5 Use of information services
1. In principle, service use is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical problems.
2. The usage hours in Paragraph 1 may be suspended on days or times determined by the company due to the need for regular inspection, etc.
3. Even after membership registration, when using some services, use of services may be restricted based on the user's age depending on the advertiser's request or the operator's ethical judgment.
Article 6 Provision of information
In relation to the operation of the service, the Association may provide users with various information about the service through the service, website, e-mail, or letter.
Chapter 3 Termination of Service Use and Restrictions on Use
Article 7 Membership withdrawal and use restrictions
1. Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will immediately process membership withdrawal.
2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, membership may be terminated and use of the service may be suspended for a set period of time.
① Cases that are against public order and morals
② If false information is registered when applying for membership
③ In case of stealing another person’s service ID and password
④ In case of damaging the reputation of others or causing disadvantage
⑤ When the same user double-registers with a different ID
⑥ In case of hindering the sound use of the service, such as causing harm to the service
⑦ In case of violation of other related laws or terms of use established by the company
⑧ When responding to tips and answers about illegal SW use
Article 8 User Posts
The Association may delete content within the service posted or registered by a user without prior notice if it is determined that it falls under any of the following.
1. If the content defames other users or third parties or damages their reputation through slander.
2. If the content violates public order and morals.
3. If the content infringes upon the copyright or other rights of this service.
4. In case of violation of other relevant laws or regulations established by the company
Chapter 4 Obligations
Article 9 Personal information protection
1. In case of violation of other relevant laws or regulations established by the company

③ Mobile phone number
④ Email
2. When the company collects a member’s personal information, the company must obtain the member’s consent.
3. If the provided personal information is provided to a third party without the consent of the user, the company assumes all responsibility for any damages suffered by the member. However, the following cases are exceptions.
① When it is for the purpose of statistical compilation, promotional materials, academic research, etc. that cannot identify a specific individual, or when there is a request from a relevant state agency pursuant to relevant laws such as telecommunications-related laws and regulations.
② When winning an event, inform the delivery company for delivery of prizes, etc.
4. In cases where the company must obtain user consent pursuant to Paragraph 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name, phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collection and use of information, and provision of information to third parties Matters stipulated in Article 16, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., including related matters (recipient of provision, purpose of provision, and content of information to be provided) must be specified or notified in advance, and the user may withdraw this consent at any time. .

Article 10 Obligations of the Company
1. Unless there are special circumstances, the company allows users to immediately use the service they have applied for.
2. The Company has an obligation to provide continuous and stable services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The company has an obligation not to disclose or distribute the user's personal information to others without the user's consent. However, exceptions may be made in cases where there is a request from a relevant state agency, etc. pursuant to relevant laws, such as telecommunications-related laws.
4. If the company determines that opinions or complaints raised by users are justified, it will assign the responsible operator to handle them immediately.
Article 11 User Obligations
1. The user is responsible for all management of ID and password.
2. If your ID has been stolen by someone else, you must notify the company.
3. Users must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and related laws.
Article 12 Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for the created work belong to the cooperative.
2. Users must not use, or allow third parties to use, information acquired by using the site for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other means without prior consent, the information to which the intellectual property rights belong to the Association. .
Supplementary provisions
- These terms and conditions will take effect from July 19, 2023.
